Your responsibilities: Monitor the pool and thermal spa areas to ensure the safety of all guests. Provide excellent customer service by enhancing our guests’ experience and assisting with any inquiries or needs. Maintain cleanliness and organisation of the pool and spa areas. Enforce pool rules and regulations to ensure a safe environment. Provide tours of the pool and spa facilities. Perform daily inspections which include water testing and plant pool monitoring. Provide cover at the gym reception. Personal Specification: Essentials National Pool Lifeguard Qualification or Pool Responder Certificate. First Aid Certificate. Strong customer service skills with a friendly and approachable demeanour. Excellent communication skills and the ability to work as part of a team. Ability to stand for long periods and perform physical tasks such as lifting, bending, and moving equipment. Ability to swim proficiently. Desirables Experience within the hospitality industry. Pool plant operation knowledge. Shift Pattern: Casual role for holiday cover/ illness Hours of work: Between 7am and 10.30pm and will include a mixture of weekdays and weekends.
