Our client is seeking a Site Administrator.
Responsibilities:
1. Perform administrative tasks, including data entry, paperwork, and ensuring the required materials are delivered to your worksite.
2. Support payroll function by collating weekly timesheets and updating with changes on a weekly basis.
3. Address payroll queries.
4. Oversee overall office management, including ordering supplies, updating and maintaining records, and scheduling meetings and visits.
5. Arrange inductions for new starters.
12-month contract based in Royston, 38 hours per week.
