Job summary A fantastic opportunity has arisen within the safeguarding team at Queen Victoria Hospital for a practitioner who feels passionate about the welfare and protection of adults, to advance and develop their safeguarding and mental capacity knowledge and skills, working in a friendly and supportive team. As part of the role you will support staff across the trust being an integral part of the safeguarding team. You will be supported to provide safeguarding training to staff, provide supervision on a case by case basis as well as supporting the Named Nurses with audit. You can expect a full induction programme based on your individual needs and will be supported with relevant training Main duties of the job The Safeguarding Children Specialist Nurse and Adult Safeguarding Nurse will work as part of the Safeguarding team to support QVH staff to undertake their safeguarding children and adult responsibilities.
