Electrical Construction Manager Opportunity – Data Centre – Waltham Cross.
Mk Search are proudly working alongside a leading M&E contractor who have secured several notable schemes in London are currently looking to engage with Electrical Package Managers to join the team on a Data Centre in Waltham Cross.
The company in question currently turnover £500 million per year with a strong presence across sectors such as Data Centre’s, Commercial, Pharmaceutical & Healthcare within the UK & Europe.
Responsibilities:
* Oversee all Electrical construction activities, ensuring safe, timely, and high-quality work within budget and contract specifications.
* Collaborate with the Electrical Project Manager to ensure a safe working environment for all and verify and maintain the accuracy and currency of all relevant HS&E documents.
* Review and provide feedback on Method Statements and Work Instructions as per the Project Execution Plan.
* Supervise work activities to ensure compliance with established Method Statements and Work Instructions.
* Document work progress and address non-conformances/improvements
* Oversee a containment package worth £30 million
