What does a Leader/Assistant Restaurant Manager at Taco Bell do?
1. Run organized shifts and execute all administrative duties.
2. Provide leadership & direction when RGM is not available.
3. Analyze and respond to operation and financial metrics.
4. Assist RGM in training team members.
5. Assist RGM in scheduling facility maintenance needs.
6. Ability to manage any conflict regarding customers and/or employees.
