Elliott Scott HR is pleased to be partnering with a leading international Retailer based in Central London to recruit a Head of HR/Senior HR Business Partner.
Please note that this role is a hybrid role with 3 days per week in the office/travelling sites and 2 days at home.
The role
We are looking for commercially focused Heads of HR or Senior HR Business Partners who have worked within fast-paced and high-growth international businesses.

Summary of the role and key responsibilities
As a Head of HR/Senior HR Business Partner, you will:
* Work with retail operations and corporate business teams to drive the People Agenda.
* Reporting to the CPO and provide operational, strategic, and commercial HR solutions to a diverse client group.
* Work closely with the SLT to drive the HR agenda across a diverse client group.
* Focus on Employee Relations, HR Analytics, Talent Management, Change Management, and Employee Experience.
* Partner with HR COEs to deliver an HR strategy centred on growth and change.
Key skills required
The ideal candidate should possess:
* Proven HR experience within high-growth, fast-paced international retail/hospitality businesses.
* Ability to drive HR Change & Transformation while remaining operationally focused.
* Experience partnering commercial and corporate client groups at SLT level.
* Strong expertise in Employee Relations, HR Analytics, and Change Management
