Overview:
Paretois seeking a versatile and dedicated individual to join our team inthe role of Floor Captains This position combines traditionalhousekeeping duties with responsibilities related to managing andoverseeing specific floors within our facility. The ideal candidatewill possess excellent organizational skills attention to detailleadership qualities and an ability to ensure the floor plateincluding meeting rooms tea points and kitchenettes maintain highstandards for cleanliness andfunctionality
Housekeeping:
* Perform thoroughcleaning of designated areas on assigned floors including officescommon areas restrooms kitchens and outdoorspaces
* Dusting vacuuming mopping and sanitizingsurfaces to maintain high cleanlinessstandards.
* Emptying bins and ensuring properdisposal of waste in accordance with the site wasteprocedures.
* Restocking supplies such astoiletries cleaning products and officeconsumables.
* Adhering to established cleaningschedules and protocols to meet hygiene and safetyrequirements.
FloorManagement:
* Oversee thecleanliness and maintenance of assigned floors ensuring they meetestablished standards
* Coordinate with otherteam members to allocate tasks and resourcesefficiently.
* Monitor inventory levels forcleaning supplies and submit orders asneeded.
* Address any maintenance issues orsafety concerns promptly and effectively.
* Serveas a point of contact for occupants on assigned floors addressinginquiries concerns and requestsprofessionally.
MeetingRoomStandards
* Regularlyinspect meeting rooms to ensure they are clean organized and set upaccording to established standards.
* Monitoraudiovisual equipment ensuring it is functional and ready foruse.
* Arrange meeting room setups includingseating arrangements and equipment configurations asrequested.
* Coordinate with relevant teams toaddress any technical issues or special requirements for meetingsor events.
* Ensure meeting rooms are stockedwith necessary supplies such as notepads pens andrefreshments.
TeaPoints andKitchenettes
* Monitorand maintain cleanliness and organization in tea points andkitchenettes.
* Restock tea coffee and otherbeverage supplies ad needed.
* EnsureKitchenettes are stocked with necessary utensils plates cupscondiments
* Clean appliances countertops andother surfaces regularly to ensure hygiene standards aremet.
* Coordinate with vendors or suppliers fortimely delivery of refreshmentsupplies.
CollaborationandCommunication
* Collaboratewith colleagues and supervisors to prioritize tasks and meetdeadlines.
* Communicate effectively with teammembers and building occupants to ensure a smooth workflow andaddress any issues that arise.
* Maintain openlines of communication with management to provide updates on flooroperations and address any challenges or opportunities forimprovement.
Qualifications
* Proven experience inhousekeeping or related field preferred
* Basicknowledge of cleaning techniques materials andequipment.
* Ability to perform physical taskssuch as lifting bending and standing for extendedperiods.
* Strong attention to detail and acommitment to maintaining cleanliness andorder.
* Leadership qualities with the ability toeffectively manage and motivate a team.
* Goodcommunication skills and the ability to work effectively bothindependently and as part of ateam.
* Flexibility to adapt to changingpriorities and willingness to take on additional responsibilitiesas needed.
* High school diploma orequivalent.
