Due to ongoing growth, we are recruiting for a Recruitment Specialist to join the internal recruitment team.

We require a proactive recruiter who is able to multi-task, work under pressure and meet deadlines.
The Recruitment Specialist will be responsible for supporting the Head of Recruitment in filling vacancies for the entire group. We recruit for roles globally in sales, operations, warehousing, finance, HR and IT and now require an additional team member, who will help us continue to build a strong employer brand.
Our Ideal Person:
* Previous recruitment experience (in-house or agency) is vital.
* Solid understanding of the full recruitment cycle.
* Proven experience in building strong relationships with clients/hiring managers.
* Delivering on vacancies with quality and speed.
* Confident and personable personality will be a perfect fit within the team – we require a ‘people’s person’.
* Has a passion for providing an exceptional candidate experience.
* Has excellent verbal and written communication skills.
* Is driven, pro-active and uses own initiative to speak with hiring managers, source candidates and deliver on vacancies.
In this role, you will:
* Collaborate with hiring managers to create job adverts for internal vacancies.
* Advertise job vacancies on job boards, social media platforms and internal platforms.
* Research, source and manage the best talent on the market.
* Receive and review applications, manage interviews and create a shortlist of candidates for hiring managers.
* Work on a range of vacancies from junior to senior, with a key focus on mid-senior level or niche roles.
* Conduct interviews.
* Build strong and trusting relationships with hiring managers.
* Travel to other Europa sites, as required.
* Update Europa’s in-house database.
* General administrative tasks.
* Any other tasks as requested by your line manager.
