E-COMMERCE DIGITAL MARKETING MANAGER - SHOPIFY FASHION APPAREL / SPORTSWEAR BRAND CENTRAL MANCHESTER - head office based role - UP TO £80K Our client a very well established and successful fashion brand house based in Manchester’s Northern Quarter, are now looking to recruit an E-commerce Manager/ Digital Marketing Manager, who will play a critical role in shaping our clients new activewear and sportswear apparel brand launched this year. The successful candidate will come from a fashion apparel/ sports /footwear online brand and have excellent knowledge of Shopify and Shopify plus About The Role: Now the brand has been successfully launched, our client requires a technically experienced, driven and creative E-Commerce Manager Digital Marketing Manager who will drive aggressive growth for the brand across multiple markets. Responsibilities Include: Website: • Managing the ongoing Design and Development of our E-commerce websites with third party developers. • Responsible for optimizations to navigation, collections, search, and homepage. • Incorporate Best Practices into our current websites on an ongoing basis. • Strategically plan product collections, pages, content updates and featured shops based on inventory needs and marketing priorities. • Manage product launch calendar and collaborate with the content team to upload content to the site. • Monitor competitor and web sales trends to ensure web offer and experience is in line with customer expectations. Digital marketing: • Developing SEO/PPC Strategy/Marketing Plans on quarterly and annual timescales. • Monitor web analytics and internal data sources. • Measure online conversion and identify strategy both internally and with third parties to improve conversion rates. Reporting: • Responsible for regular reporting on website performance and customer experience metrics-optimising site operations, identifying opportunities, and suggesting strategies to achieve sales growth. • Online sales budget control and forecasting – identify and report on trends in trading performance and develop sales forecasts for peak trading periods online. • Plan marketing calendar. Inventory: • Monitor stock levels through inventory planner software and report weekly on the site cover and work collaboratively with merchandising team to plan and maintain a sufficient stock holding. • Collaborate with shipping and logistics team to ensure inventory availability in advance of planned site product launches, updates, marketing campaigns and promotional activity. About You: • 4 years of related experience in Ecommerce or data/analytical field required. • Fashion or sports apparel and/or footwear industry essential • Proficiency in digital marketing, data analysis, SEO, and e-commerce technology. Handson experience with e-commerce platforms, CRM software, and CMS tools is highly beneficial. Deep understanding and strong technical ability with Shopify/Shopify and technical experience with ecommerce platforms in general. • Extensive knowledge of digital marketing channels and strategy. • Excellent numerical and analytical skills with a commercial drive. • Strong communication skills. • Excellent organisational and project management skills essential. • Flexibility to adapt to changing business needs, dealing with ambiguity. • Excellent attention to detail. • Possess a forward-thinking working ethic to drive the business forward
