Our T&I FP&A team is on the lookout for a Finance Business Partner to help align reporting, uncover insights, and shape conversations that drive smart decision-making. From planning and forecasting to providing clarity on operational performance, you'll work closely with senior leaders and execs to ensure a smooth, collaborative, and 'no surprises' approach. The must haves
In order to be considered, you must have the following experience:
1. Fully qualified or part-qualified (CIMA, ACCA, ACA) with relevant proven experience.
2. Proven experience in conveying financial data to diverse audiences with easy-to-understand narrative and recommendations.
3. Experience of presenting at senior levels, either within Finance or with business partners, coupled with commercial awareness.
4. Excellent team-working and interpersonal skills, building positive relationships across the business and broader group.
5. An empathetic individual who understands the need to act as a team at times of pressure, willing to roll up their sleeves to get the job done.
6. Experience of working in a high-pressure environment and adapting to change. Continual deadlines mean ability to get ahead, and plan is paramount to success.
7. Self-motivated individual with a strong drive, resourceful and determined, skilled in managing and prioritising tasks.
8. Excel and PowerPoint skills, experience of Thinkcell, Essbase, Smartview and Anaplan are advantageous, training can be provided.
