Job Title: FLT Driver/Warehouse Op
Excellent opportunity for an experienced FLT Driver/warehouse op from a manufacturing / engineering environment.
Based in Trafford Park and working within the Machine Shop, the successful candidate will be responsible for manoeuvring wheels and axles using both the pole truck for wheels and FLT for axles.
The ideal candidate will hold a counterbalance licence. Training will be given in the use of the pole attachment.

FLT Driver/warehouse op– Main Duties:
* Load/Unload vehicles.
* Check deliveries for damages.
* Check documents/delivery notes match product received for correct quantity/parts.
* Receive stock into Warehouse Management System..
* Ensure all product is labelled correctly.
* Store and rotate stock in a safe/productive manner.
* Report losses/damages to relevant purchaser.
* Ensuring efficient operations by adhering to operational procedures, rules, and schedules.
* Handling products with care at all times.
* Ensuring efficient operations by adhering to operational procedures, rules, and schedules.
* Forklift Truck pre checks.
* Assisting with quarterly/annual stock takes.
* Communicate between teams and report to department manager.
* Seek continuous improvements on a daily basis.
* Liaise with suppliers and other departments.
They require a FLT Driver/warehouse op with a minimum 2 years’ experience.
Qualifications / Skills/ Experience:
* Full FLT counterbalance licence.
Salary / Hourly Rates:
Rotating 3 shift pattern:
Mornings, Afternoons & Nights:
06.00 - 14.00 Friday is 06.00 - 12 noon.
14.00 - 22.00 Friday is 12 noon - 18.00
22.00 - 06.00 Friday is 18.00 - Midnight
Start on £16.82 per hour rising to £17.35 after 3 months.
Successful candidates must pass a drugs & alcohol test before starting.
