The role:
Our General Managers lead our on-property teams, overseeing the smooth running of the day-to-day operations in the hotel and managing ongoing profitability. You will be part of the team based at our Staybridge Suites - Brighton.
* Setting and achieving revenue and guest satisfaction targets.
* Managing budgets, controlling expenditure and overseeing major events.
* Recruiting, training and managing hotel employees.
* Ensuring compliance with health, safety and licensing laws, as well as maintaining property and amenities.
* Continuously improving business operations through standard procedures, maximizing revenue and monitoring employee performance.
