Key Responsibilities : - Managing the Engineers within Site Services and being responsible for their performance and development. - Working to and reporting on KPIs - Ensure contractor controls and legislative compliance is in place - Order and maintain appropriate levels of replacement stocks - Maintain and operate an effective PPM system.
Ability to plan and prioritise effectively under pressure - Excellent coaching and training skills - Awareness of Health and Safety and other relevant legislation
- Relevant qualification in Mechanical/Electrical engineering at a minimum of Level 3 - NVQ or equivalent - Experience and proven ability in managing people and tasks
