About the Role: Due to contract expansion, we are seeking for a Housing Manager to join our team. This is an exciting position that works exclusively to support Asylum seekers going through their right to work Asylum application process with the home office. The ideal candidate will be resilient, trustworthy, caring, a people person and extremely empathetic to others. As a Housing Manager every day is different, no day is the same. Although this role comes with it challenges it is an extremely rewarding role. As a Housing Manager the main role will be managing property portfolios, ensuring safeguarding and welfare of all residents are fully considered. You will be moving service users in and out of properties and ensuring all risk are flagged to management. It is key to work collaboratively with Welfare Support Officers and the service delivery centre to deliver a seamless service meeting the individual and property needs of all our service users. It is very important as a Housing Manager to conduct regular inspections to ensure full contractual compliance and successful outcomes of all Key Performance Indicators, internal and commercial targets at met. All records and IT data on systems is updated with accurate and up to date information.
