T2M Resourcing are currently working alongside an innovative automotive manufacturing business to help them to recruit a Business Administrator.
As a Business Administrator, you will support various departments, including Legal, Facilities, HR and Supply Chain teams to ensure the effective and efficient running of the organisation.
Key Responsibilities as a Business Administrator :
* Support the business by providing critical administrative support activities
* Liaise with staff from multiple departments
* Undertake general administration duties relevant to your position including data entry and responding to emails and telephone calls
* Manage schedules, meetings, and internal communications
* Preparing, organising and storing information in paper and digital form
* Produce documents through editing, printing and binding
* Keeping computer databases up to date
* Respond to ad hoc requests
* Assist in the creation of reports and documents.
* Drafting project communications
Requirements to be a successful Business Administrator :
* Previous experience in an administration role
* Proficiency using Microsoft office (Word, Excel, and PowerPoint)
* Excellent written and verbal communication skills
* Ability to communicate and deal with a variety of people
* A committed team player, but also comfortable working independently
* Deadline driven
* Highly organised
* Ability to prioritise and manage own workload
* Proactive and self-motivated with a positive, "can-do" attitude
* Strong problem-solver
Desirable but not essential:
* Hold a degree in a business-related field
* Completed an apprenticeship with an NVQ in Business Administration
Based at the company's headquarters in Milton Keynes, this opportunity will give the successful applicant the chance to work on several exciting projects within the automotive industry.
They have budgeted a salary of up to £30,000. The package would also include a Private Medical plan, a good holiday allowance growing with service, and an option to join an Electrical Vehicle Sacrifice Scheme following the successful completion of your probationary period.
