Main duties of the job Responsibility for ensuring the provision of high quality multi-professional learning environments within CFT for all pre-registration learners. The primary purpose of the role is to co-ordinate and lead on the support, education and training given to all allied health pre-registration learners across CFT through better utilisation of technology, including Technology Enabled Care Services. In doing this the role aims to maximise capacity for placements in order to deliver workforce for future recruitmentpotential.In collaboration with profession specific educators this includes providing specialist advice and guidance, quality assurance and development of practice placements, the development and monitoring of professional mentorship in keeping with the standards and requirements of professional regulatory bodies, the delivery of clinical skills and risk training in clinical areas across the organisation.The role will be based within the Education and Training Department, working closely alongside an existing team responsible for service and staff development. A close working relationship with all partnerHigher Education Institutes and regional Educational/Regulatory bodies is also a key requirement of the role.
