Our Client, a rapidly growing SME within the Mechanical Services industry, is recruiting for an experienced Business Operations Manager. The head office is based in Uxbridge, West London, with contracts and projects across London and the surrounding Home Counties.
The overall responsibility of the role is to provide and maintain structure and support to the operational teams within the Business. This includes maintaining adherence to the Business Systems, Policies and Procedures, and ensuring compliance with all Legal and Compliance obligations that allow for the Business to grow operationally and financially.

Key Skills & Competencies
1. Education to O' level or A' Level and hold Business Management accreditation
2. Project Management qualifications
3. Relevant Health and Safety qualifications such as ISOH/NEBOSH
4. Excellent working knowledge of all Microsoft Office applications
5. Experience with the administration of ISO and/or other industry-related Accreditations
6. Experience with document control and document review processes
7. Demonstrated ability to work on own initiative and adopt a proactive management style
8. Commercial awareness and understanding of the need to adhere to processes and work schedules to maximise revenue
9. Proven and extensive people management experience ideally within the Construction or Mechanical Engineering environments in both the Private and Public Sectors
