A highly ethical certified B Corp FMCG organisation, who uses their business as a force of good is looking for a Category Manager to join their team and support the category agenda across key UK Grocery retailers.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
1. To be lead Category Manager for UK Grocery Accounts
2. Build category relationships with the internal and external customer teams so that you understand the needs, motivations, and aspirations of both businesses, producing win:win category recommendations
3. Help curate, develop and deploy the Category Vision internally, leading the entire organisation towards a ‘Category-First’ mentality
4. Provide ad hoc support on ROS, Distribution and Category inputs for NPD projects
5. Equip and encourage the business to make category responsible Core E/NPD decisions
