About the Role: As the Property Branch Manager, you will be responsible for the overall performance and profitability of our Epping branch. You will lead and inspire a team of sales and lettings professionals, driving business growth and ensuring the delivery of a first-class service to our clients. Key Responsibilities for the Property Branch Manager: Manage and motivate a team of sales negotiators. Drive sales and lettings performance, achieving and exceeding targets. Develop and implement effective business strategies to increase market share. Conduct regular performance reviews and provide ongoing training and development. Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, landlords, and tenants. Oversee the day-to-day running of the branch, ensuring efficient and compliant operations. Conduct market appraisals and valuations. Monitor market trends and competitor activity. Ensure compliance with all relevant legislation and industry regulations. Recruiting new staff members when necessary. Skills and Experience for the Property Branch Manager: Proven track record of success in a property sales management role. Strong leadership and management skills. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. In-depth knowledge of the Epping property market Ability to build and maintain strong client relationships. Strong negotiation and closing skills. Excellent organisational and time management skills. Full UK driving license and own car.
