The Customer Service Advisor will be part of a busy team who provide pre and post sales advice on a range of Gardena, Flymo, and McCulloch products.
The successful candidate will work within a team to ensure business response times are met.
Responsibilities / Key Tasks
As a Customer Service Advisor, you will be the first point of contact for our end users in the UK:
1. Handling high volume telephone calls, emails, text, and chat in areas such as parts sales, warranty enquiries, general enquiries, and providing product information.
2. Supporting our end consumers, retailers, and our dealer network.
3. Ability to create cross-departmental relationships and to maintain good working practices to the company guidelines.
4. The position is office-based initially; once fully trained, this will be a hybrid role. Our office is based at Newton Aycliffe.
Additional Skills/Qualifications Required
1. Customer Service experience.
2. Willingness to work in a demanding and customer-focused environment.
3. Ability to focus on solutions rather than problems.
4. Confidence in managing customer expectations.
5. Experience in using Microsoft Office Applications.
6. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills are a prerequisite of this position, both internal and external.
7. Able to work within a team but also on own initiative.
8. An enthusiastic team player with good organisational skills.
9. Positive attitude and eager to learn.
10. Ability to prioritise work.
11. Ability to multitask under pressure.
