Your Role: As a Senior Duty Manager, you will oversee the day-to-day operations of our club, ensuring an exceptional experience for members while leading and motivating the team. Reporting to the Operations Manager, you’ll be at the heart of everything, from customer service and team leadership to health & safety and facility management. Key Responsibilities: Customer Experience: Be the go-to person for members, addressing feedback and ensuring a welcoming atmosphere. Team Leadership: Lead and inspire staff across multiple departments, ensuring top-tier service. Operations Management: Oversee the gym, pool, squash courts, F&B, nursery, reception, and beauty services. Health & Safety Compliance: Conduct facility checks, manage security, and lead during emergencies. Financial Responsibility: Ensure energy efficiency and cost-saving measures.
