About the role
An exciting and very rare opportunity has arisen for an experienced Dealer Support Manager to support their Dealer network across NSW.
In this dynamic, fast-paced, and challenging role, you will be responsible for developing and enhancing the product and technical capabilities of their Dealer network to drive an increase in product sales.
The DSM works with Dealers, End User Groups, National Accounts, and their Internal Team Members to enhance product knowledge and capability. DSMs work closely with Territory Managers in developing product and technical knowledge training programs specific to Dealers' end-user requirements.

Skills & experience
As the ideal candidate and to make the transitions as smooth as possible, you will possess the following key attributes:
* Previous experience with training on technical products (possibly in a similar type role)
* Sound product, technical / mechanical aptitude for their product range
* Strong presentation and audience engagement skills
* Strong safety aptitude and awareness
* Excellent communication, presentation, and time management skills
* Excellent technology skills with electronic devices (Laptops, phone, presentation equipment, etc.)
* Strong skills with Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint
* Familiarity with Information management software including SAP and GIS
* Strong skills in using software (e.g., CRM, Webex, B2B, Learning management systems and portals)
* Certificate IV in Training and Assessment (TAE)
