We are looking for an experienced and passionate Host/Hostess to join our team.Your role will involve maintaining high standards through busy services, ensuring exceptional customer service, and providing a memorable dining experience.
Requirements:
- Fluency in English
- Previous 1-2 years experience in a well-established hospitality venue
- Passion for hospitality and commitment to delivering excellent customer service
- Positive attitude and ability to work as part of a dynamic team
- Eagerness to learn and progress within our team
Responsibilities:
- Warmly greet and welcome guests upon arrival
- Seat guests and communicate any special requirements to management
- Attend to guests' inquiries and provide assistance with a friendly manner
- Thank guests for visiting and offer a warm farewell
- Answer phone calls and inquiries, offering helpful information and assistance
- Manage the cloakroom service
- Confirm reservations and ensure accurate table assignments to maximize restaurant capacity
- Organize reservations and seating plans in the reservation system

Eligibility: In line with the requirements of the Asylum & Immigration Act 1996, all applicants must either be eligible to live and work in the UK or must obtain permits to work in the UK prior to application. Documented evidence of eligibility will be required from candidates as part of the recruitment process.
