As part of our team, you will be responsible for processing meat efficiently and precisely, ensuring quality standards are met in abattoirs, slaughterhouses, and boning halls. Responsibilities: Remove bones, fat, and unwanted parts from meat. Use knives, saws, and other cutting equipment to prepare meat for further processing or sale. Trim and slice meat products such as beef, pork, and lamb. Ensure all meat is prepared according to company standards and customer specifications. Maintain a clean and hygienic work environment. Follow all safety procedures and guidelines. Requirements: Previous experience in the meat processing industry. Strong knife skills and knowledge of meat-cutting techniques. Intermediate level of English. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment. High attention to detail and precision. Good communication skills and teamwork ability.
