We have a busy, varied and exciting opportunity for an experienced administrator to join our transport department and take ownership of the day-to-day administration whilst becoming a valuable member of our Cennox family. We are looking for someone with a can-do attitude, a multitasker, a forward thinker and a strong allrounder. This is a busy environment so the successful candidate will need to work in a fast-paced setting and be able to prioritise their workload. Reporting directly to the Transport Manager you will be responsible for the daily processing of administrative tasks which include accurately recording all commercial vehicle details in our fleet, tracking maintenance and services and booking in required checks, liaising with drivers on a regular basis and building strong relationships to ensure information is communicated within the team. You will be required to undertake all licence checks for drivers, order/cancel fuel cards, take ownership of our penalty charge process, book hire cars, keep up to date records for vehicle tax, MOT and service data and be the first point of contact for all related queries from our drivers. Other duties required within this role include, filing, reviewing invoices, compiling statistic activity reports, data entry, setting up parking apps, paying tolls and charges, reviewing insurance documentation, and keeping up to date with fleet changes. This is a varied role which requires someone with excellent administrative, time management and PC literacy skills especially a high level of Excel knowledge to create formulars and V-look ups. You must have worked in a busy office environment previously and be able to show us how your skills align with this role. Experience in transport or logistics would be advantageous. This position is full time, 40hours per week Monday to Friday and is office based in our Camberley Head Office.
