We are looking for a dedicated Team Leader, who can bring their knowledge of HR Payroll and people management with them to develop and guide our team within HR Transactional Services.
The Team Leader will have solid understanding of HR services, enabling them to provide a ‘Go To’ expertise within the overall team. That’s what we are looking for, but what can we offer you? What you'll be doing:
* Completing 121s, driving continuous personal development within the team, alongside absence and performance management.
* Allocating workloads fairly and ensuring workloads are completed within agreed timescales and moderating work that has not been completed.
* Making sure that agreed processes/standards/timescales/Quality Requirements are adhered to.
* Supporting HR leads.
* Identifying areas of improvement.
* Handling third party Government clients.
* Engaging with Government recruitment services.
What you’ll bring:
* Prior knowledge of HR Processes.
* Understanding of Gov clients and HR Lifecycle.
* Ability to work at pace, meeting SLAs and deadlines.
* Ability to dissect complex queries.
It would be great if you had:
* Strong communication skills.
* Advanced excel knowledge.
