* Pay: £80 - £130 per day (dependent on experience)

Role Overview:
As a Pastoral Assistant, you'll be an essential member of the pastoral team, providing targeted support to students, families, and staff. You'll help create a positive, nurturing environment that promotes emotional wellbeing and academic engagement, with a focus on Special Educational Needs and Disabilities (SEND).
What We're Looking For:
* Experience working with children, especially those with SEND.
* A strong commitment to safeguarding and promoting pupil welfare.
* Excellent communication skills, working with class teams, multi-agency professionals, and families.
* Organisational skills to keep accurate intervention records while ensuring confidentiality.
* A positive, approachable personality, with the ability to work well under pressure.
* A desire to contribute to assessment, planning, and intervention processes, under the guidance of the Pastoral Manager.
