Job Description
The Technology Coordinator oversees and manages the functions Director/Head and team activities, playing a crucial role in organising efficient workflows, facilitating communications, ensuring timely project delivery and maintaining the smooth operation of the function. They act as a liaison between departments to ensure seamless information flow, preventing bottlenecks that could hinder progress. Duties include scheduling meetings, coordinating tasks and monitoring project timelines. By maintaining a well-organised schedule and clear communication channels, they help the team stay on track.
Exceptional organisational skills are essential for keeping track of multiple projects and ensuring that all team members are aware of their responsibilities. Attention to detail allows them to identify potential issues before they become problems, ensuring that activities proceed smoothly.
Moreover, their ability to facilitate effective communication ensures that everyone on the team is informed and aligned with the team goals. This coordination not only boosts team productivity but also enhances the quality of the output.

What you will be doing in the role.
* Maintain and continuously improve administrative systems/documents, electronic filing systems, databases, team and SharePoint sites, processes and procedures (e.g., org charts)
* Accountable for production of regular reports, briefing papers and presentations for Board level reporting and key programmes
* Coordination of regular headcount reporting and forecasting for the team/programme to ensure plans are on track and escalate where necessary
* Onboarding and offboarding of new starters/leavers (perms, contractors, partners)
* Support the preparation and creation of necessary communications materials and ensure alignment with overall organizational messaging
* Coordinate the collation and communication of performance
* Coordinate projects to ensure timely completion of tasks and milestones
* Manage key administrative processes on behalf of the team
* Work to ensure governance and compliance on key admin processes and policies.
* Responsible for summarising actions, follow-ups, and communicating decisions within timeframes
* Drive Director and C Level participants from multiple and disparate companies to ensure completion of their deliverables to meet project milestones
* Challenge and hold to account senior stakeholders to deliver administrative commitments and outcomes on time and according to plan
Qualifications
* Understands the rapidly changing daily priorities and be able to flex and ensure the right messages are given to management so decisions can be made
* Experience of working with and influencing various levels of management, building relationships and influence across teams and a wider community of other leaders and managers both internal/external. A clear communicator.
* Will have clear subject matter experience of their area (both technical and commercial) and ability to connect and work across multiple domains. Can demonstrate knowledge of their area articulated through key operating elements of people, process and technology.
* Has a high level, broad end to end understanding of our business and it’s operational performance and be able to demonstrate knowledge of working in a service orientated environment
* Can demonstrate the ability to gather, analyse and present information in business terms for management and leadership consumption.
* Ability to work in a fast paced changing environment that shows flexibility, resiliency, self-awareness with an ability to support large teams
* Will have experience of working directly with partners to successfully deliver outcomes and will demonstrate an awareness of partner contracts.

At Three we have a hybrid working arrangement in place as standard for office based employees, where employees work from a mix of office based location and working from their home in the UK to carry on their role.
Excluding retail, our core hours at Three are between 10:00 and 16:00, with operating hours between 08:00 & 18:30. This allows employees to have a start time between 08:00 and 10:00 and finish time between 16:00 and 18:30.
