* Maintain detailed documentation of support activities and solutions.
Requirements:
* Proven experience in a 2nd line support role.
* Strong knowledge of Microsoft 365, Azure, and Active Directory.
* Basic networking skills (e.g., TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP).
* Excellent problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
* Strong communication skills and the ability to work well in a team.
