Job Title: Senior Residential Practitioner - Children's Home
Where you will be based: Washington, North East
The Service Users: Children aged 7 to 17 with Emotional and Behavioural Difficulties (EBD) and Mild Learning Difficulties

What does Progression look like: Opportunities for career advancement within the company, including roles such as Deputy Manager and Registered Manager and Regional Managers
Working Week and Pay:
* Hours: Condensed shifts of two days on, four days off.
* Sleeps: Included in the condensed shift pattern
* Salary: Base £24,336 OR £32,448 + Approx 6 to 8 Sleeps per Month paid at £52 per sleep. Total take-home upto £37,440pa

What you will need/None-Negotiables:
* Qualifications: Level 3 Diploma in Residential Childcare or Level 3 Children & Young People Workforce Diploma with social care pathway. (Level 3 Diploma in Adult social care may be considered if work experience with children can be demonstrated)
* Experience: Ideally experience in the Residential Children's Services sector or similar setting working with children with challenging behaviour.
* Driving Licence: Required
* Fluent in English: Speaking and also the ability to understand different UK dialects.
* Min Age: 22/23
