We are recruiting consultants at every level and pay grade, from Consultants to Managing Consultants. We have offices in London and Manchester, and encourage flexible and hybrid working. Most consultants at Magnetic share a common base of skills. They include proposition design, customer research, business design, lean growth, experimentation, change management, hustle and the ability to make things happen. More senior people within the organisation bring skills around leadership, coaching, business development and client empathy. Our most senior consultants often have rich, long-term experience of consulting work across multiple sectors. Some have deep sector experience. They each have a fat contacts book, a commercial mindset and the ability to nurture and develop talent at every level. Some of us are specialists in fields like service design, customer research, foresight, programme management or behavioural science, others are generalists. We work with an unusually broad range of organisations, in an unusually broad range of sectors.
