We are seeking a Senior Care Assistant to join our dynamic team. Key Responsibilities: Delegate & Supervise: Organize daily work schedules and delegate tasks to ensure the individual needs of residents are met. Health Monitoring: Monitor the health, safety, and welfare of residents, reporting any concerns and taking appropriate action. Team Collaboration: Work collaboratively with the care team, communicating effectively with staff, seniors, and management. Quality Assurance: Ensure high standards of care are delivered and monitor performance accordingly. Support & Induction: Assist GP and other professionals, induct new staff, and act as a key worker following support plans. Compliance & Reporting: Follow Policies and procedures, CQC Regulations, and accurately record information, including accident reporting and medication administration. Qualifications: Previous experience in a senior care role is essential. Strong communication skills and ability to work as part of a team.
