About Our Client
The role will be supporting the front office, Investment Managers and Financial Planners in an administrative function.
Job Description
On a day to day basis, you will be play a key role in a team providing support for other senior colleagues dealing with various tasks to ensure the smooth running of the team. Day to day responsibilities include:
3. Processing all new client documentation and amendments
4. Monitoring of transfers of assets/cash
5. ISA subscriptions and transfers
6. Processing of client payments
7. Administering of client accounts
8. Ensuring client details and reviews are recorded correctly on systems
9. General record keeping and filing
10. New business and account administration
11. Responsible for corporate actions
12. Preparing for client meetings and producing client advice review documents
13. Liaising with stakeholders internally and third party providers
The Successful Applicant
The successful Financial Planning Administrator must have:
14. Similar experience in an IFA / financial planning firm
15. Strong administration skills with a high level of attention to detail and accuracy
16. Ideally have worked in a financial services environment
17. Good knowledge of Excel and other Microsoft packages
18. Strong communication skills
19. Strong organisational skills and able to work to deadlines
20. Flexible and willing to support junior/senior members of the team
21. Strong desire to learn and progress
