Are you passionate about transforming the lives of women with complex needs? Join us at the Nelson Trust as a Complex Needs Services Lead and make a real difference.
In this pivotal role, you will lead and support a dedicated team to deliver high-quality services, including the Sex Workers Outreach Project, Complex Needs, Change, and Women’s Recovery. Your leadership will ensure these services are delivered to an exceptional standard, within budget and timeframes, while fostering a supportive and trauma-responsive environment for both staff and clients.
You will work closely with the Criminal Justice Services Team Leader to ensure the smooth running of day-to-day activities at the Women’s Centre. This includes developing relationships with key stakeholders, embedding a culture of continuous improvement, and representing the Nelson Trust at various meetings and events.
Key responsibilities include providing effective supervision and coaching to staff, managing contracts and grants, producing timely reports, and ensuring data quality. You will also oversee the operational aspects of the centre, including staffing, safeguarding, and client interventions.
We are looking for a dynamic leader with a strong commitment to supporting women with complex needs. If you have experience in a similar role and are ready to take on this rewarding challenge, we would love to hear from you.
Join us in our mission to provide early and appropriate support to women, improving outcomes for them and the wider community. Apply today and be part of a team that truly makes a difference.
Due to the nature of the work carried out in our Women’s Centres this role is restricted to female applicants only in accordance with the provisions of the occupational requirement (Equality Act 2010, pursuant to Schedule 9, Part 1).
