Job Description
The Training Systems Co-Ordinator is to develop a creative and strategic roadmap to enable maximum capability of the LMS (Learning Management System) and to facilitate the training provision of eLearning and authoring in collaboration with courseware developers, media designers, SMEs, and other stakeholders. The role will focus on managing content, report generation, enrolments, document distribution and tracking of training activities.
Experience and Qualifications
* An experienced user of Learning Management Systems.
* Track record in a safety critical environment, where significant change and operational improvement has occurred.
* An excellent communicator with the ability to build and maintain relationships across a diverse range of groups.
* Resilient and able to make sound operational decisions daily.
* A focus on service delivery and high-quality deliverables.
* Must be proficient in MS Office and Adobe products.
* An MOD background would be advantageous
