With boutiques in key luxury destinations across Europe, Asia, and North America, the brand has built a strong global presence in some of the world’s most prestigious retail locations. The opening of the London boutique marks a key milestone in its continued expansion. We are now seeking a UK Country & Boutique Manager to take full ownership of the London boutique while driving strategic growth across the UK market. The Role: This hybrid position requires both hands-on boutique management and a strategic approach to expanding UK operations. Key responsibilities include: Boutique Leadership – Full operational management of the London flagship boutique, ensuring an exceptional client experience and seamless daily operations. Retail Expansion – Overseeing current and future points of sale, including potential pop-ups and partnerships with leading department stores. Business Development – Identifying and driving wholesale and B2B opportunities, including collaborations with independent perfumeries, lifestyle retailers, and luxury hospitality. Financial & Commercial Strategy – Managing UK financial performance, including P&L oversight, budget control, and sales performance tracking. People Leadership – Recruiting, developing, and leading a high-performing team that embodies the brand’s values and delivers a world-class client experience. Marketing & PR Oversight – Working closely with international teams to drive brand awareness through press, influencers, and local marketing initiatives. Who We’re Looking For: Luxury Retail Leadership – 10 years of experience in multi-site retail management or boutique leadership within the luxury sector. Strategic & Hands-On – A leader who thrives in a dual role—able to drive big-picture retail strategy while also managing boutique-level details. Commercial Acumen – Strong experience in budgeting, sales performance management, and new market development. Industry Expertise – Deep knowledge of the UK luxury retail landscape, including department stores such as Harrods, Selfridges, and Liberty. Client-Centric Mindset – Passionate about luxury service, clienteling, and fostering strong relationships with clients and key retail partners. This role is ideal for a results-driven luxury retail leader who is looking for a career-defining opportunity to establish and grow a prestigious brand’s UK presence. The role offers a competitive base salary, commission and company bonus.
