This could be the HSEQ Advisor role for you!
Responsibilities:
1. Conducting regular inspections to identify potential hazards and risks
2. Developing & implementing H&S procedures
3. Investigating incidents and accidents, conducting root cause analysis
4. Providing advice on SHEQ regulations and best practices
5. Building relationships with and engaging the workforce
6. Delivering SHEQ training to employees, guiding & coaching them
Requirements:
1. 2 years in H&S although additional experience in environmental or quality is ideal
2. Previous experience in a HSEQ Advisor or similar position
3. Some experience in quality and manufacturing is helpful
4. Experience with ISO 9001 and 45001 is preferred
5. NEBOSH General Certificate and/or NEBOSH Construction Certificate
6. Strong analytical and IT skills with the ability to produce plans, spreadsheets, reports, alerts, and presentations
In return, the successful HSEQ Advisor will receive a salary of £35,000 - £40,000, plus the following benefits…
