The successful applicant ideally will have experience in a motorhome, caravan, car, or similar service environment. A good knowledge of all Microsoft platforms and being PC literate is required; full training will be provided on company systems.
The role of Service/Warranty Advisor will require you to aid the service department by providing a coordinated administration service for all warranty activities. This will include processing estimates, ordering/sourcing of parts, booking in/out of parts, and invoicing for all warranty-related issues. You will be in contact with customers, either by telephone, email, or visiting in person, ascertaining warranty inquiries and processing through all systems following company procedures.

Key Objectives:
* All warranty administration duties including letters, emails, quotes, prospects, sending mail, etc., within a timely manner.
* Processing warranty supplier invoices.
* To action all aspects of manufacturing and used vehicle warranty claims.
* Process the return of all warranty parts and maintain records.
* To check service/warranty job cards are completed correctly within manufacturing guidelines.
* Booking in service/warranty re-works via emails/telephone.
* Updating service customers via telephone/emails.
* Upselling workshop services at the time of booking.
* Assisting with parts supply.
* Assist with allocating jobs in the workshop.
* Support for the onsite accessory shop during busy periods and cover of holidays (2-3 Saturdays per year, plus during normal working hours if necessary) (Exeter branch only).
* Ad-hoc duties to cover for service reception and parts on occasions when required.
* Completion of all the necessary paperwork and input into the company computer system to ensure the smooth running and efficiency of all claims.
* Ensure a high level of customer service is maintained at all times by following and working within our computer system and customer care programme.
* Liaise closely with the Service Manager and Sales/Service Teams.
* Performing any other ad hoc tasks, as required, which will help to contribute to the overall performance of your branch and/or the Marquis Group.
* Promotion of the ‘Marquis Motorhomes’ group, its products, and services.
