Your Role:
As a Senior HR Business Partner, you will play a crucial role in:
* Developing and implementing strategic employee relations initiatives
* Leading consultation and negotiation processes with trade unions
* Driving positive workplace culture through proactive HR policies
* Providing expert guidance on complex ER cases, policy development, and change management
* Working closely with business leaders and HR teams to align HR strategies with business objectives
What We’re Looking For:
* Proven experience in an Employee Relations/HR Business Partner role within a complex organisation
* Strong knowledge of employment law, ER case management, and union negotiations
* Experience in change management and HR strategy implementation
* A confident communicator with strong stakeholder management skills
* A degree (or equivalent) with relevant HR/ER experience (CIPD membership desirable)
