Your enthusiasm for cars and bikes, combined with your customer service skills, can lead you to success in this role. Ideally, you’ll have some experience in fitting car parts and cycle repair, even as a hobby. We provide training to help you develop the necessary skills, ensuring you deliver market-leading service standards.
In this role, you'll work on customers’ vehicles in our car park and on bikes in-store, providing fitting services such as car parts fitting, technology fitting, cycle building, and cycle servicing. We will support you in developing your practical problem-solving skills and your ability to work efficiently. Retail experience is preferred, but if you have experience tailoring your approach in a customer-focused sales environment, we can help you grow in this role.

To succeed in this role, you will need:
* Experience in delivering excellent customer service, ideally in retail sales
* A proactive approach to helping customers and understanding their needs
* Availability to work on a rota basis, including weekends
It would be advantageous if you also have:
* Knowledge and skills in car parts fitting and cycle repair
* Experience working towards and achieving sales targets
