Project Quality Advisor
Location: Norwich

12 month contract, options to extend
As the Project Quality Advisor, you will support the execution and integrity management of a large windfarm project. You will be accountable for all Quality activities within assigned work packages, ensuring compliance with contractual requirements, project QMS, regulatory and legal requirements.
Deliverables:
1. Participate in regular quality meetings with contractor and package representatives
2. Perform quality presentations at kick-off meetings
3. Quality inspection and site audits
4. Entry of quality incidents and proactive measures in Synergi
5. Monitor for trends in quality KPIs
6. Facilitate Quality investigations in identifying root causes and corrective actions
Typical tasks (not exhaustive):
1. Support the development and implementation of project quality assurance, management and control strategy.
2. Provide Quality support and direction to the Project team for assigned work packages.
3. Conduct Quality Reviews on sites by validating if Contractors are following the procedures and checklists as referred to in the Inspection Test Plan (ITP), if requested by the Project Quality Manager.
4. Report, monitor any NCR occurring, and communicate any Lessons Learned to stakeholders e.g., the Design Risk Assessment team or Construction Management.
5. Manage Quality performance data including supplier due diligence, audit, non-conformance, root cause analysis, key performance indicators, and objectives for assigned work packages.
6. Perform Quality due diligence and readiness checks in relation to onshore and offshore activities.
