About the Role
The Events Sales Manager plays a critical role in driving the growth and success of our events business. This position is responsible for identifying, pursuing, and securing new revenue opportunities through proactive sales strategies and strong relationship management. The Events Sales Manager will act as a key liaison between clients and internal teams, ensuring a seamless experience from initial inquiry to post-event follow-up. With a focus on exceeding sales targets, enhancing client satisfaction, and optimizing event outcomes, this role is central to achieving our business objectives and elevating our brand presence in the events industry.

Key Responsibilities:
* Develop and execute a sales strategy to achieve revenue targets and business objectives.
* Identify and generate new business opportunities by networking, cold calling, and attending industry events.
* Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their needs and providing tailored event solutions.
* Prepare and deliver compelling sales presentations, proposals, and contracts to potential clients.
* Collaborate with internal teams, such as event planners and marketing, to ensure seamless event execution.
* Monitor market trends and competitor activity to stay ahead in the industry.
* Maintain accurate records of sales activities, client interactions, and revenue forecasts in the CRM system.
* Meet or exceed monthly and annual sales targets.
We are looking for someone with:
* Proven experience in sales, preferably within the events or hospitality industry.
* Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
* Exceptional organizational and time management abilities.
* Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
* Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
* A passion for events and a creative approach to problem-solving.
