Key Responsibilities: Provide general administrative support to the school office, ensuring efficient day-to-day operations. Manage student records, attendance registers, and confidential information in line with school policies. Assist in the coordination of meetings, school events, and parent communications. Handle incoming calls, emails, and enquiries, directing them appropriately. Support teaching staff with administrative tasks, including photocopying, filing, and document preparation. Maintain and update the school’s database and management systems. Assist in finance-related tasks, such as processing invoices and monitoring budgets (if required). Liaise with parents, students, and external stakeholders in a professional manner. Uphold safeguarding and GDPR policies, ensuring student and staff data is handled with confidentiality. Requirements: Previous experience in an administrative role, preferably within an educational setting. Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint) and school management systems (e.g., SIMS is desirable). Excellent organisational and communication skills, with a keen eye for detail. Ability to work independently as well as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
