Job Title: Primary Tutor Salary: £25 - £30 Per hour Job Duties: Provide one-on-one academic support to primary school students Create tailored lesson plans based on individual student needs Assist students in improving their understanding of key subjects Monitor student progress and provide feedback to parents/guardians Encourage student engagement and participation in learning activities Required Qualifications: Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) Experience working with primary school students Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Education: Bachelor's degree in Education or related field Experience: Minimum of 2 years of experience in teaching or tutoring primary school students Knowledge and Skills: Strong understanding of primary school curriculum Ability to adapt teaching methods to suit individual student needs Effective classroom management skills Preferred Qualifications: Postgraduate qualification in Education Experience in working with students with special educational needs Working Conditions: This role involves working with primary school students on a part-time basis. The tutor will need to travel to students' homes or conduct sessions online, depending on the arrangement. All applicants will require the appropriate qualifications and training for this role.
