This role: We are recruiting a full-time permanent Business Analyst to sit within the Corporate Services Directorate in the Strategy, Projects and Performance team. This role will be focused on supporting delivery of projects across the corporate plan. It will work with a wide range of stakeholders from front line colleagues in our Property Services and Customer Services teams to senior leaders. The Business Analyst role is pivotal in capturing requirements, business processes, forming recommendations and understanding current ways of working. It is also a central role to bring organisation and ideas to the project team. You will need to ensure change management is appropriate for how people work while applying challenge and identifying business improvements. You will also contribute to a broader community of Business Analysts to promote best practices across MTVH. This role will act as a lead for understanding requirements, identifying solutions and leading the implementation of new ways of working. This is an exciting time to be joining the Strategy, Performance and Projects team as we move into the final year of our corporate plan. Our focus is on getting our customer experience right and supporting front line colleagues to do this. What you'll need to succeed Were looking for someone who has excellent communication skills and the ability to foster good working relationships. Someone who is able to be curious, open to new ideas and proactive, leading on workstreams and individual work packages. Knowledge and understanding of business analysis tools and techniques and an ability to clearly document business requirements and processes is desired. The ability to analyse data and requirements to provide insight and recommendations to feed into change projects is a benefit. This role works cross functionally, therefore either direct or relatable business experience and an affinity to the work of social housing is essential.
