Carbon60 is working with a leading aircraft manufacturer and is seeking a highly organised and detail-oriented HR Analyst to join their dynamic team Based in Broughton. This is a 12 month contract with the possibility of extension. PAYE and Umbrella rates available. As the HR Analyst, you will play a crucial role in managing and processing a variety of personnel administration changes within the organisation.The HR Analyst will be responsible for analysing and approving incoming personnel administration changes through the Workday system. This includes processing changes related to external and internal recruits, terminations, job changes, and personal details updates. The HR Analyst will also work closely with the Workday Project Team to implement improvements to the system. To be successful in this role, the ideal candidate will have: - Experience in data input, data analysis, and handling queries, preferably within a payroll environment - Familiarity with a computerised personnel administration system, such as Workday, or a similar platform - Strong administrative skills and a proven track record of working in a busy office environment - Excellent customer service skills, both verbal and written - Proficiency in using Google Applications - The ability to work independently, under pressure, and to agreed deadlines In addition to a competitive salary, this company offers a range of attractive benefits, including opportunities for professional development and a flexible work arrangement (2 days per week remote, 3 days on-site).
