Job Overview
We are seeking an individual to assume responsibility for the timely reporting of customer complaints and internal KPIs.
Key Responsibilities:
* Track and report customer complaints on a daily, weekly, monthly, quarterly, and yearly basis.
* Maintain site documentation control systems up-to-date.
* Promote awareness among staff regarding customer complaints, internal QA KPIs, and updates to documentation.
Estimated Salary: $60,000 - $80,000 per year
