Role Overview:
As a Static Fire Door Carpenter, you will be responsible for the installation, maintenance, and repair of fire doors in a critical environment. You will ensure that all fire doors meet the highest safety standards and comply with current regulations. This role offers flexible working hours from Monday to Friday, allowing you to balance your work and personal life effectively.
Key Responsibilities:
Install, maintain, and repair fire doors to meet safety standards and regulations.
Conduct regular inspections and assessments of fire doors.
Ensure accurate fitting and alignment of fire doors and associated hardware.
Work closely with other team members to complete projects on time.
Provide expert advice and recommendations on fire door safety and compliance.Qualifications and Skills:
Proven experience as a carpenter, with specific expertise in fire doors.
Strong knowledge of fire safety regulations and standards.
Excellent attention to detail and craftsmanship.
Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and specifications.
Good problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently.
Strong communication skills and a professional attitude.
