About the role Build, lead, and inspire a high-performing team to achieve department goals, deliver exceptional service, and meet key SLAs.
Work with senior leadership to develop and implement the departments strategy, objectives, and key results.
Oversee risk management and quality assurance activities to ensure compliance with CASS strategy and regulatory requirements.
Establish a framework for performance reviews, training, and recognition to nurture a high-performance culture.
Act as a City & Guilds ambassador with key external stakeholders, including Centres, Ofqual, IFATE, and QW.
Identify non-compliance issues, conduct risk assessments, and ensure necessary actions are taken to meet regulatory requirements.
Successfully manage internal and external audits, ensuring compliance and implementing recommendations.
Set and manage team expenditure to ensure efficient resource allocation.
