The Role & Key Responsibilities
As General Manager, you will take full ownership of the entire food & beverage operation, ensuring flawless service execution across restaurant dining, private boardrooms, and high-profile events.
This is a hands-on leadership role that demands a meticulous attention to detail, a passion for excellence, and the ability to inspire a high-performing team. Your expertise will be instrumental in ensuring both operational success and exceptional guest experiences.
* Oversee the day to day operations in the restaurant, boardroom & hospitality catering, ensuring impeccable execution.
* Lead the planning and execution of high-profile events, from intimate gatherings to large-scale functions.
* Build and develop a high-performing team, fostering a top-tier hospitality culture.
* Manage financial performance, ensuring operational efficiencies without compromising on excellence.

Proven experience in high-end hospitality & catering operations, ideally with a restaurant & events background, commercial multi-outlets setting.
* Strong leadership & team development skills, and expertise in high-profile client relations.
